We’re  Dai or Tai people, a non profit organization. Our organization is form to preserve our History. 

Opening remarks to the audience and supporters. Our includes - difference city’s and states. Welcoming them to our 2019 annual New Years celebration. 

Little history of Xishuabgbanna:
Xishuangbanna is the home of the peacock, which the Dai people revere as a symbol of good fortune, happiness, beauty and kindness. Thus the Peacock Dance is their most popular folk dance. Performers imitate peacocks with lively, flexible and graceful movements to express the love and respect for peacocks.

This year TLC held our first golf tournament yesterday. Wanted thank Lao Lue golf of America for helping arrange this event. Specially Nick and Joe. This tournament wouldn’t have happen without the players. We will be announcing the winners after dinner. 

I would like to announce that this summer TLC will offer our first summer camp. Activities will include Arts, language, food making, and history. Every donation tonight will go towards this camp. Any dollars amount would help fund the camp.
